'OMAHAU DOWNS' Cancellation Policy
Effective 1 June 06
- All enquiries are based on a first come first serve basis.
- All enquiries are treated as an enquiry only until a confirmation of the date is received from the guest, in conjunction with either credit card details or a 10% deposit (New Zealand Only). Bookings must be confirmed.
- For all group bookings a minimum of 4 weeks notice is needed for cancellation on all bookings otherwise a 20% fee will be charged on the total cost of all accommodation that has been booked. If group bookings are cancelled within 1 week 50% will be charged.
- For all B&B, Self-contained and Backpacker accommodation bookings a minimum of 2 days notice is required for cancellation to avoid a fee. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date (from 12 noon) a 50% fee of the first nights lodging will be charged to the credit card which details have been provided.
- If the accommodation is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date (from 12 noon) the full cost of the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card which details have been provided.
- Complete failure to notify or cancel booked accommodation within the specified times will result in the full amount of the first nights booked accommodation charging to the credit card which details have been provided.
- Any damage to property by persons staying at Omahau Downs will be liable for full repair or replacement costs
- Check-in time: From 2pm on date of arrival.
- Check-out time: By 10am on day of departure.
